The Scrap Nest

Standard Stay

• Minimum 3 Nights: Thursday–Sunday or Friday–Monday

• Check-In: 1:00 PM

• Check-Out: 2:00 PM

• Additional Nights: $450 per night (plus applicable tax)

 

Reservation Information

• A $400 refundable reservation deposit is required to tentatively hold your requested dates.

• The remaining rental balance, cleaning fee, and applicable taxes are due 15 days prior to arrival.

• Reservation deposits are applied to Invoice Balance.  

  • ​Deposit is not refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check in.

 

Reserving Your Retreat

Complete the Reservation Request Form below, and we'll email you a PayPal invoice for your reservation deposit.

Your requested dates will be tentatively held once your reservation deposit has been received. We will then send you a Reservation Agreement to review and sign.

Your reservation is not confirmed until your signed Reservation Agreement has been received. Once the Reservation Agreement has been signed, the rental rate, fees, and reservation terms are guaranteed and will be honored for your confirmed reservation.

Future Reservations & Pricing

We welcome reservations well in advance so returning guests can reserve their favorite retreat dates.

Rates may be updated periodically to reflect operating costs and continued improvements to The Scrap Nest. Reservations for future dates remain tentative until a Reservation Agreement has been signed.

We strive to keep any pricing adjustments modest while continually investing in The Scrap Nest and enhancing the guest experience.
